摘要
研究了高锰钢离心铸造的生产流程,消除了离心铸造ZG120Mn13衬套的缩孔、缩松等缺陷,离心铸造ZG120Mn13钢组织致密,晶粒尺寸在70~130μm之间,晶粒度为3~4级。生产结果表明,ZG120Mn13衬套生产工艺由砂型铸造改为离心铸造后,成品率提高了35%,铸造生产率提高了40%,成本下降了约26%。
Centrifugal casting process of ZG120Mn13 bushing was described.Centrifugal casting ZG120Mn13 bushing has the absence of shrinkage porosities(holes),and the sound microstructure with grain size in range of 70~130μm and grain size degree of 3~4level can be observed.And practical production shows that qualified rate,the cast productivity and production cost of centrifugal casting ZG120Mn13 bushing is increase by 35%,40% and is decreased by 26%,respectively.
