The Development Mode and the Design Innovation of Rail Transit Complex A Case Study of Comprehensive Development of Metro Depots in Beijing

通过对北京已实施完成的车辆段综合开发利用项目以及相关实践经验的介绍与分析,总结了北京城市轨道交通不同发展阶段车辆段综合开发利用模式的历程、演进和创新,归纳出车辆段综合开发利用在规划管理、土地出让、建筑设计、交通组织、开发实施等方面的成功经验和教训,进而提出车辆段上盖开发的基本模式。

Through an introduction and analysis of a completed project of comprehensive development of metro depot in Beijing, this paper summarizes the history of development mode, evolution, and design innovation of rail transit depots on various development stages. Drawing both positive and negative experiences from planning and management, land transfer, architectural design, traffic organization, and implementation of development, it ventures to set up a basic pattern of above-underground development of metro depot.
