摘要
文章对民国时期的蚕室建筑进行了溯源式观察,为其构建了四种身份——作为社会转型时期的历史缩影、作为人与自然环境之间的调和中介、作为行为依托的载体和器具和作为工业时代的产品组合。通过追问这一边缘的建筑学科知识,本研究试图解读中国建筑中原生的现代性,也为西方主流现代运动影响下的中国当代建筑论述提供反思。
This paper offers retrospective observations on silkworm breeding factories during the Republic of China era (1912-1949). In this study, this paper has presented four roles: as a historical microcosm of social transformation, as a mediatorbetween human and environment, as an instrument for human behavior and as an assemblage of industrial products. Through inquiring into the peripheral knowledge of the discipline, this study endeavors to interpret the implied autogenetic modernity, in the hope of offering an alternative introspection of contemporary Chinese architectural discourse that has largely been shaped by mainstream Modernism.
