新型肠道病毒71型全病毒灭活疫苗质量控制研究 被引量:3

Research on quality control of innovative inactivated enterovirus 71(EV71) whole-virus vaccine

摘要 近年来手足口病(HFMD)已成为西太平洋地区严重的公共卫生问题。2008年1月至2014年6月,我国大陆共报告HFMD 1 082万例,死亡3 036例[1]。研发疫苗是防控HFMD流行的有效措施。EV71为引起严重HFMD的主要病原体,国内外针对EV71开展多项疫苗研究,目前研发疫苗的类型包括全病毒灭活疫苗[2-4]、减毒活疫苗[5]、重组VLP疫苗[6-7]以及多肽疫苗[8-9]等, Enterovirus 71(EV71)vaccine is the innovative vaccine that was first developed in China.A series of studies on the quality control specification,standards and the evaluation methods for EV71 vaccine have been cooperatively carried out in multiple institutions to ensure high quality of the vaccine.This article is aimed to review and summarize the research progress of quality control of the inactivated whole-virus EV71 vaccine in China.
