微创亚低温治疗高血压脑出血的疗效

Efficacy of invasive surgery under mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage

目的观察微创亚低温治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法高血压脑出血患者164例均分为两组。微创组采用微创亚低温治疗术;保守组实施内科保守药物治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的整体效果、神经功能缺损评分及治疗3个月后的Barthel指数(BI)。结果微创组临床总有效率高于保守组(86.6%vs.48.8%)(P<0.01);微创组神经功能缺损评分低于保守组[(13.00±3.25)分vs.(18.99±4.99)分](P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,微创组患者的BI高于保守组[(85.43±5.43)分vs.(77.43±10.23)分](P<0.05)。结论微创亚低温治疗高血压脑出血术的临床效果优于常规治疗。

Objective To observe the efficacy of invasive surgery under mild hypothermia in the treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage（HCH） .Methods A total of 164 patients with HCH was equally randomized into two groups of A （treated with invasive surgery under mild hypothermia ） and B（treated with conventional conservative therapy ） .Clinical efficacy was compared between two groups .Results Overall effectiveness rate was higher in group A than that in group B （86.6% vs .48.8% ） （P〈0 .01） .The neurologic deficit score was significantly lower in group A than that in group B [（13.00 ± 3.25） points vs .（18.99 ± 4.99） points]（P〈0 .05） .Barthel index in three months after treatment was significantly higher in group A than that in group B [（85.43 ± 5.43） points vs .（77.43 ± 10.23） points]（P〈0 .05） .Conclusion Clinical efficacy is better in HCH patients treated with invasive surgery under mild hypothermia than that in those with conventional conservative therapy .
