乳腺癌雌激素受体^(18)F-FESPET/CT显像的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 乳腺癌是女性最常见恶性肿瘤,发病率有上升、年轻化趋势。雌激素受体(ER)是乳腺癌重要分子生物学标志物。16α-18F-17β-雌二醇(18F-FES)PET/CT显像可无创量化检测ER水平,有助于乳腺癌诊断、预测及疗效评价。本文综述18F-FES PET/CT显像研究进展,以期为乳腺癌个性化治疗提供参考依据。
