摘要 IKZF1基因位于染色体7p12上,其编码的Ikaros锌指蛋白是淋巴细胞发育过程重要调节因子。近年来发现,除急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)之外,IKZF1基因的突变与其他多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展、增殖、转移、预后相关,并且与系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)的复杂表型和易感性相关。本文对IKZF1基因及其编码的Ikaros锌指蛋白在不同恶性肿瘤(如ALL、卵巢癌、乳腺癌等)中与增殖、转移和预后的关系及相关分子机制研究现状和SLE的研究进展作一综述。 IKZF1 gene located in 7p12 of chromosome, and Ikaros family zinc finger encoded by IKZF1, are lymphoid-restricted transcription factors. In recent years, it has been demonstrated that the mutation of 1KZF1 gene involved in proliferation, metastasis and prognosis of many malignant tumor except acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and also involved in complex phenotypes and susceptibility to systemic lupus erythematosus. This review briefly introduces the molecular structure and physiological function of Ikaros, focusing on its function and molecular mechanism in proliferation, metastasis and vronosis of malignant tumors, and its role in the systemic lunus ervthematosus.
