宿主抗病毒因子BST-2/tetherin的免疫学功能研究进展

摘要 人体具有多种固有免疫机制,其中一类具有抗病毒作用的蛋白质叫作宿主限制因子,在病毒复制周期的各阶段抵抗病毒,而病毒通常具有相应的拮抗机制对抗宿主限制因子的抑制作用。目前发现的HIV-1宿主限制因子包括:在病毒逆转录过程中导致致死突变的 APOBEC3( apolipoprotein B mRNA-editing catalytic polypeptide like 3)家族[1];抑制病毒核衣壳解聚的TRIM5α( the α-isoform of the tripartite motif-con-taining protein 5)[2];降解dNTPs抑制病毒逆转录的SAMHD1(SAM domain and HD domain-containing protein 1)[3];抑制病毒基因组入核的MX2( myxovirus resistance gene 2)[4];将新生病毒阻滞在细胞膜上的BST-2( bone marrow stromal cell anti-gen 2)/tetherin[5-6]。
