摘要
一个中型煤矿每年润滑剂使用量约为3 500 t,全国大、中、小型煤矿有27 000多个,润滑剂年消耗量巨大。油品的好坏程度是反映设备完好的一个重要指标。通过油品检测数据可及时发现设备运行中存在的缺陷,为设备检修提供科学依据,减少了机械磨损维修的次数和机械事故发生的频率。
The lubricant usage of a medium-sized coal mine is about 3 500 t every year, there are 27 000 large, medium and small coal mines all over the country, the consumption of lubricant is huge. The oil product is an important index to reflect the equipment in good condition. The existing defects in the operation can be found timely and scientific basis for equipment maintenance is provided by oil testing mechanical maintenance number and mechanical accident frequency is reduced.
