瞬时波强技术评价2型糖尿病患者早期心血管功能变化的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的 探讨瞬时波强(WI)技术在评价2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者早期心血管功能变化方面的临床应用价值.方法 选取单纯T2DM且常规超声检查提示无明显动脉粥样硬化表现的30例为观察组,另选取年龄和性别相匹配的健康志愿者30例为正常对照组.所有受检者均行颈动脉WI检测,对比分析各项指标之间的差异.结果 与正常对照组相比较,观察组的血管僵硬系数(β)、压力应变弹性系数(Ep)、脉搏波传导速度(PWVβ)及瞬时减速度波强(W2)增高,血管顺应性(AC)降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的瞬时加速度波强(W1)较正常对照组增高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 WI技术能够早期检测出2型糖尿病患者左心室功能及血管弹性的改变,具有重要的临床应用价值. Objective To explore the clinical value of wave intensity (WI) in evaluating early changes of cardiovascular function in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM).Methods Thirty T2DM patients without atherosclerosis by conventional ultrasonography were enrolled as case group,while thirty healthy volunteers were enrolled as control group.Two groups were well-matched in age and sex.Both of the case and control groups were taken WI test of carotid artery.The parameters of WI examinations in two groups were measured and compared.Results Compared to the control group,values of arterial stiffness index (β),elasticity modulus (Ep),pulse wave transit velocity (PWVβ),and decelerating wave intensity (W2) were significantly higher in T2DM group (P 〈0.05).Arterial compliance (AC) value was significantly reduced in T2DM group (P 〈0.05).Accelerating wave intensity (W1) value was higher in T2DM group without significant statistical differences (P 〉 0.05).Conclusions WI technique which can early assess the changes of left ventricular function and vascular elasticity in T2DM patients has important clinical value.
