microRNA与喉癌 被引量:2

摘要 喉癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在呼吸道肿瘤中位居第二位,占全球每年新增恶性肿瘤的2.4%[1].喉癌中约85%~ 90%为喉鳞状细胞癌[2].受淋巴结转移等因素的影响,喉癌的预后在过去的30年间未见明显改善,晚期喉癌的生存率为30%~ 40%,传统的外科手术、放化疗等治疗手段并不能提高喉癌患者总体生存率,在某些患者中甚至降低了其生存率[3].喉癌的发生与癌基因的激活(如BCL2、c-MYC)和抑癌基因失活(如p53、RB)有关,然而目前喉癌发病的分子机制尚不清楚.miRNA是一类长度约19 ~ 25个氨基酸的小分子非编码RNA,在发展进化过程中于转录、转录后及翻译水平调节靶基因的表达[4].生物信息学分析预示miRNA调控30%以上的蛋白质编码基因.越来越多的证据表明:miRNA的异常表达与包括喉癌在内的多种恶性肿瘤相关[5-6].笔者就miRNAs在喉癌中的研究进展作一综述.
