The Mapping and Application of Climatic Maps in Germany Multi-scale Responses to Climate Change

德国是最早探索推行气候地图绘制的国家之一。气候图集通过对温度、湿度、风场、空气污染物等各种气候要素的图像表达和叠加分析,旨在共享气候数据信息并获得指导城市规划和建筑设计的气候应对策略。本文立基于案例分析,在总结德国气候地图研究进程的基础上,从国家、州、城市三个层面介绍了德国气候地图的绘制、分析和使用方法,以期对我国的城市建设提供基于"低碳"和"可持续"路径的经验借鉴。

Germany launched its studies on climatic map in advance of most other countries. With mapping and overlay analysis on climatic factors including temperature, precipitation, wind field, air pollution and so on, climatic maps fulfills the task of sharing climatic information and providing advices on urban planning and architecture design. Based on case studies, this article summarizes the evolution process of climatic map studies in Germany, and introduces its related methods adopted in illustration, analysis and application of climatic maps from three scales of nation, state and city, so as to get certain experience and reference for the underway construction observing low-carbon and sustainable development in China.
