高校教育建筑集约化策略研究与实践——以河海大学商学院楼设计为例

Intensive Design of the Campus Building:Design of the Building of Business School of Hehai University

在新的时代背景下,大学校园规划呈现出许多新的特点:大规模、集约化、生态化和开放化.高校教育建筑也呈现出越来越集中、大规模和组群化的趋势。以河海大学商学院楼为例,从复合功能、整合空间、资源共享、整体造型、高效流线五个策略来探讨和解决高校教育建筑空间集约化设计的问题,以期为新形势下大学教育建筑的规划和设计提供可资借鉴的经验。

The university campus planning in the current new era presents many new characteristics： large scale, intensive land use, ecological approaches and openness. The education buildings also appear to be increasingly concentrated, of larger scale, and clustered in groups. With the case of the building of Business School of Hehai University, this article investigates the issue of intensive design in education building through five aspects： diversified functions, spatial integration, resource sharing, overall shape, and efficient circulation. It is intended to provide references for the contemporary planning and design of campus buildings.
