Space for the Smart:The R&D Office Building Phase I of "Green Valley for the Intelligent" in Chongqing Tian'an Cyber City

我国对科技创新企业日趋重视,数码园(港)和高科技产研楼逐渐增多,但关乎此类建筑的设计理论尚待完善。2013年落成的重庆天安数码城"智人绿谷"产研楼(一期)项目,巧妙运用深圳市立方建筑设计顾问有限公司"智人空间"新理论,从总体规划、建筑设计和景观设计等方面创造出能够激发企业员工创造性的空间。此项目为该类建筑设计做出了有益的探索和思考。

Since the scientific and technological innovation-oriented enterprises have been paid much attention to in contemporary China, there have been more and more cyber parks. However, relevant design theories remain to be improved. Based on the 2013 project of R＆D office building phase I of ＂green valley for the intelligent＂ of Chongqing Tian＇ an Cyber City, this article discusses the concept of ＂space for the smart＂ of Shenzhen CUBE Architecture Design Consulting Co., Ltd. from master planning, architectural design and landscape design. It shows the application of ＂space for the smart＂ theory, which is a beneficial exploration for this type of architectural design.
