Due to the growing material and cultural needs of the peoplenand the improvement of the living standards, buil-ding energy-saving ideas has been polour with people. the ins-ulation work of external wal is one of hte important ways of improving energy-saving efficiency of buildings. This paper t-ook the insulation retrofit of the outside wall and the applica-tion of new wal as a starting point, introduced the green en-ergy-saving technology for exterior wal .
