摘要
本文在分析工程造价投标阶段风险的特点上，系统地研究了投标风险产生的因素和应对措施，对建设项目规避投标报价风险具有重大的实践指导意义。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the risk of engineering cost in bidding stage, the paper systematic-al y studied the factors causing bidding risk and response mea-sures, which is of great practical significance to avoid the risk of bidding of construction projects.
