摘要
本文在介绍相关基础理论知识的前提下，从公共建筑的设计、施工、使用三个环节出发，分别对公共建筑火灾风险评估及安全管理方法进行了初步研究，为有效地采取措施预防公共建筑火灾提供了一定的借鉴。
This paper introduced relevant basic theoretical kn-owledge in the premise, studying the Fire Risk Assessment and Safety Management Method starting from the three parts of the design, construction, and use of public buildings. The research provided certain effective measures to prevent fire in public building.
