摘要
预应力混凝土桥梁实际生产中，由于相关技术人员的水平相对不足，施工管理和监管措施滞后和不完善，导致预应力混凝土桥梁发生结构质量事故的事件屡见不鲜，安全质量的隐患十分突出。
In the actual production of the prestressed concrete bridge, the relevant technical staff, the lag and imperfect of construction management and supervision measures has leaded to accidents happened to prestressed concrete bridge. Safety risk is very conspicuous.
