摘要
房地产预售制度是目前房地产融资制度和销售制度的核心，它的运行状况关系到我国房地产市场的可持续发展。从长期实践看，预售制度在推动市场经济繁荣做出了重要贡献。本文主要结合实际，对房地产预售制度进行了深入地探讨。
The pre-sale system of real estate is the core of the financing system and sales system of real estate. Its running state is in relation to the sustainable development of the real estate market. From the long-term practice, the pre-sale system has made great contribution in promoting the prosperity of market economy. This paper, with practice, discussed the pre-sale system of real estate.
