随着国民消费能力的提高,体验式消费、文化消费、旅游消费市场前景巨大,其对建筑空间体验感、场景感、商业氛围的塑造也就提出了更高要求。本文以南通·圆融广场为例,就如何做好商业综合体设计及空间营造进行了探讨。
Along With the sharp increase in consumption, ex-periential consumption market, cultural consumption market, tourism consumption market have huge prospect, thus they put forward higher requirements on the space experience of bui-lding, sense of scene, creation of commercial atmosphere. Th-is paper took Harmony Square in Nantong city as an example, discussing how to do commercial complex design and constru-ction of space.
