房屋是人们居住的保障，但房屋的渗漏问题却频繁出现，为人们正常的生活带来了很多不便，同时也造成了部分经济损失。本文就房屋渗漏的因素及房屋建筑施工中的防渗漏技术进行了分析。

Houses are people’s living shelter, but the leakage of housing is frequent, which has brought a lot of inconve-nience to people’s normal life and has also caused some ec-onomic losses. This paper has carried on the analysis on the fa-ctors of housing leakage and anti leakage technology of ho-using construction.
