The construction project management is meticulous work requiring responsibility, so it must be stressed that al parties work pay close attention to implementation to ensure the safety and quality of building engineering construction. This paper first described the management problems of build-ing project, and on this basis, discussed the management mea-sures strengthening construction and the ways to improve the construction quality control of engineering construction.
