本文阐述了桩基础施工过程中出现的各种通病，并介绍了施工前期准备工作和各项桩基施工工艺，重点分析了钢筋混凝土灌注桩和预制桩施工中常见的通病和防治措施的应用，以期在日后的施工中能够避免类似问题的发生，使施工更方便、高效。

This paper describes various defects occurred duri-ng pile foundation construction, and introduces the construc-tion preparation work and the pile foundation construction technology, analyses the common fault and the application of prevention measures of reinforced concrete piles and precast pile construction, in order to avoid similar problems occurred in the construction of the day after, which makes the constr-uction more convenient and efficient.
