摘要
高层建筑的设计者除了要保证其安全性及美观，也要从可持续发展的角度出发，包括暖通系统的设计、施工流程、设备管理和维护以及正式投入使用。本文就对高层建筑暖通设计中存在的问题以及优化策略进行了讨论和分析。
Designers of the high-rise building, in addition to guarantee its safety and beautiful appearance, should also gu-arantee the design of HVAC system, construction process, ma-nagement and maintenance of equipment and its formal depo-sal from the perspective of sustainable development, including. This paper analyzed and discussed the existing problems in high-rise building HVAC design and optimization strategy.
