本文主要从历史和文化的视角来分析认识九江周边的古民居建筑，具体包括平面布局、结构类型和装饰特点等，以此来探讨该地区传统民居的主要特征，发掘传统文化在建筑中的具体表现，以达到增强民族文化意识，学习古人的智慧为当代人居环境服务的目的。

This article mainly from the historical and cultural point to analyze the ancient residential buildings of Jiujiang periphery, including the plane layout, structural type and dec-orative features, in order to explore the main character of the traditional houses in the area, the specific performance of tra-ditional culture in the construction, in order to enhance the co-nsciousness of national culture, study the wisdom of the anc-ients for contemporary living environment service.
