摘要
由于国内建筑市场的招投标制度不完善，使我国建筑企业在国际市场上的竞争力不够强。所以，加强企业的国际工程招投标管理具有不容忽视的现实意义。鉴于此，笔者对国际工程招投标的程序进行了阐述。
Because of the imperfect bidding system of domes-tic construction market, Chinese construction enterprises are not strong enough in competitiveness in the international mar-ket. So, the practical significance of strengthening the interna-tional management of bidding can not be in ignored for the engineering enterprise. In view of this, the author discussed the procedures of international project bidding.
