The spatial database and the hydrology and water resources monitoring database system provide users with fu-nctions of query, analysis, statistics and evaluation. Of course, we also can realize the hydrology and water resources monitor-ring function of multi dimensional electronic map on Web me-dia platform. Safety control system provides good fault toler-ance and backup function, to ensure the accuracy and safety of systems and applications.
