对我国房地产经济泡沫问题的研究

摘要 “经济泡沫”指的是一个经济机构将产品价值抬高且远高于实际价值,价格剧烈波动,令买家遭受巨大损失。新疆地区作为内陆省份,房地产发展呈上升态势。相关部门应认识到房地产经济泡沫在地产市场中的危害,切实做好防范措施。 The “bubble economy’ refers that the value of the products which the economic institutions raise is much higher than the actual value with price volatility and the buyers suffer huge losses. Xinjiang province as an inland province, the real estate development is in upward trend. The relevant departm-ents should be aware of the harm of real estate bubble in the real estate market, and make practical and preventive measu-res.
