摘要
现阶段，对于城市规划进行评估的方法分为两种：规划与现状一致性；基于表现性能的评估。文章对上述两个评估方式进行了分析，希望将其运用到不同的评估标准、步骤和技术中去，引导城市规划朝着更加科学化的方向发展。
Nowadays, the methods for city planning evaluat-ion are divided into two kinds： consistency of planning and present situation;evaluation based on performance. This article carried on the analysis to the above two methods of evaluation, with the hope to use them in different evaluation criteria, pr-ocedures and technologies to guide the city planning towards a more scientific direction.
