摘要
本文基于对西安大都市区的空间格局窘况，进一步审视主体功能区划作为协调各类空间规划和专项规划、提高资源利用效率的要义，立足于规划体制、资源环境承载力和城乡发展，提出西安大都市区主体功能区划的管治策略。
This paper based on the predicament of the spatial pat ern of Xi’an metropolitan area, further examines the es-sence of the main function division as the coordination of va-rious spatial planning and special planning, improvement the efficiency of resource use, based on the planning system, the bearing capacity of resources, environment and urban and rural development, puts forward the governance strategy of main function zoning of Xi＆#39;an metropolitan.
