My Opinion on Tructural Design’s Personnel Ability of Dealing with Field Problems

本文针对结构设计人员对工程施工过程中出现的工程质量问题（通病、缺陷、事故）不能及时有效地提出处理意见的情况，指出了结构设计人员必须提升综合能力的相关要求。

This paper, according to structural designers’ fail of put ing forward opinions in deal with quality problems in the process of construction engineering （defects, defects, acciden-ts）, pointed out the relevant requirements that the structure d-esigners must enhance their comprehensive ability.
