摘要
在住宅建筑中，抗震性能是其中一个重要指标，对保证住宅建筑的安全性具有重大意义。本文结合住宅建筑工程实际，对抗震施工技术运用问题进行了介绍。并在此基础上，提出了一些应对策略，希望能对提高住宅建筑的抗震性能有所帮助。
In residential buildings, the seismic performance is an important index which is of great significance to ensure the safety of the residential building. In this paper, combined with the actual residential construction introduced the application problems of seismic construction technology. And based on th-is, the author put forward some coping strategies, hoping to improve the seismic performance of residential buildings.
