本文从建筑工程的施工技术和现场施工管理两个方面入手，探讨了目前建筑领域常见的几种施工技术，并提出了几点加强现场施工管理的经验，旨在为实际的现场施工管理工作提供科学、高效的理论参考。
This article from two aspects of building engine-ering construction technology and construction site manage-ment, discusses some common construction technologies in the field at present, and puts forward some experiences to stre-ngthen site construction management, to provide a scientific and efficient theoretical reference to on-site construction man-agement for the actual.
