建筑行业作为促进我国经济发展的重要产业之一，其施工现场的管理和文明施工是十分重要的。本文对强化施工现场管理促进文明施工的重要性加以分析，总结出了一系列技术措施，以促进建筑施工现场的管理和文明施工。

The construction industry, as one of the most imp-ortant industries in promoting China’s economic development, the construction site management and civilized construction is very important. In this paper, the author analyzed the impor-tance of civilized construction by strengthening the constru-ction site management, and summed up a series of technical measures, in order to promote the construction site manage-ment and civilized construction.
