本文通过在大直径超深钻孔桩施工中开展QC质量攻关活动，积累了大量的施工经验，加强了质量责任感，使全体成员认识到全面质量管理的科学性、群众性和有效性，有助于提高项目部整体质量的水平。

This paper, by carrying out QC quality improve-ment activities in ultra deep large diameter bored pile cons-truction, accumulated lots of construction experience, and stre-ngthened the quality responsibility, so that all members are aware of the science, the mass feature and the validity of co-mprehensive quality management, which help to improve the 〈br〉 overal quality level of the project department.
