摘要
本文主要从房产企业(甲方)角度进行了考虑。在工程建设中,可适当增加一些工程成本,采取一些措施来提高房产企业资金回笼速度、降低售后维修费用,赢得了业主口碑,希望能为从事房产企业的技术人员在工程建设中提供一些参考性的意见和帮助。
This paper mainly considered from the perspective of real estate enterprises (part A). In engineering construction, builders can add some engineering cost and take some mea-sures to improve the withdrawal speed of capital of real estate enterprise, to reduce repair costs of customer service, and to won the respect of owners, hoping to provide some reference opinions and help for technical personnel engaged in the real estate enterprises in the project construction.
