Exploration of Environment Construction Strategy of Residential District of Tianjin City under the Background of the Aging Society--Taking Dihuali Area of Huayuan in Tianjin City as an Example

随着我国老龄化趋势的加快，解决老人的居住问题迫在眉睫。本文通过研究当前老龄化社会背景下天津地区城市老年人的居住现状，以地华里小区为例，结合老年人的需求，探讨了对居住区规划设计的应对策略，展望了居住区规划设计趋势。

With the aging trend’s accelerating in China, solv-ing the housing problem of the elderly is imminent. This paper explored the living condition of the elderly in Tianjin city un-der the background of the aging society, taking Dihuali area as an example, combined with the needs of the elderly, discussing the strategies of planning and design of residential district, and making the prospect of living trend of district planning and design.
