摘要
在建筑工程中，安全管理是十分重要的。不仅涉及到工程的施工进度，还涉及到出现事故后的影响，以及责任的划分。本文就建筑施工过程中的安全管理问题进行了分析，并且对建设主体中的安全管理职责分配进行了全面地探讨，希望能为我国建筑施工的安全发展做出参考。
In the construction engineering, safety management is very important. It not only relates to the construction pr-ogress of the project, but also relates to the influence after the accident, and segregation of duties. This article has carried on the analysis on the problems of safety management in building construction process, and made a comprehensive study of saf-ety management of construction and al ocation of responsibili-ties hoping that it can make the reference for the development of China＆#39;s construction safety.
