摘要
建筑施工项目中的甲方代表在建筑工程占有举足轻重的作用，本文分别就建筑工程设计阶段的成本控制、施工阶段的控制和管理、管理效率的提高以及协调各单位四个方面，研究了建筑施工项目中甲方代表的管理职能。
The party A of the construction project plays a decisive role in the architectural engineering. This paper from separately the four aspects of cost control on the engineering design stage, management control and management at the construction phase, the improvement of ef iciency and units coordination, studies management functions of Party A in construction project.
