随着经济的快速发展和人口的不断增长，有限资源的逐渐消失和自然环境不断恶化，这是由于人们对其进行过度开采造成的。目前，在我国的建筑事业中，建筑业仍然以粗放型的方式不断增长。所以，低能耗的绿色建筑成了当今建筑中最重要的课题。

With the continuous growth of the rapid develop-ment of economy and population, limited resources’ gradual y disappearance and the continuous deterioration of the natural environment, this is due to the over exploitation. At present, in China’s construction industry, the construction industry is stil in the extensive mode of growing. So, green building and low energy consumption has become the most important topic in today’s architecture.
