Research on Problems and How to Control Them in the Economic Management of Construction Engineering

随着建筑行业的迅速发展，若想在建筑工程企业后期发展过程中站稳脚跟，就必须做好内部建筑工程经济控制管理工作，其与企业生存及发展有密切关联。本文结合建筑经济管理，对管理过程中的常见问题及风险进行了分析。

With the rapid development of the construction industry, if construction engineering enterprises want to gain a firm foothold in the late development process, they must do a good job of economical control management in the internal construction engineering which are closely related to the dev-elopment of the enterprises. In this paper, combining with the construction of economic management, the common problems and risk management process are analyzed.
