本文通过对地下建筑火灾烟气的特点和相关的危险性进行的分析，指出了地下建筑防火的关键因素是有效控制烟气排出。在地下建筑的防火措施中，要切实做好有效、稳妥的排烟、防烟的各项措施，从而达到能真正有效地杜绝地下建筑发生火灾的隐患的目的。

This paper, through the analysis of the characteri-stics of fire smoke in underground buildings and related risk, pointing out that the key factors of fire protection of underg-round buildings is the effective control of flue gas discharge. In the fire protection measures in the underground building, we must do a good job in smoke prevention measures, so as to el-iminate fire hidden danger in the underground construction.
