C反应蛋白1059G/C基因多态性与脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)1059G/C基因多态性与脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法对126例急性脑梗死患者进行颈动脉超声检测,根据双侧颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(CIMT)分为颈动脉粥样硬化组和无颈动脉粥样硬化组。采用PCR法检测CRP基因1059G/C多态性。对结果进行组间比较并分析。结果颈动脉超声检测结果显示,颈动脉粥样硬化组71例(56.3%),非颈动脉粥样硬化组55例(43.7%)。颈动脉粥样硬化组CRP 1059G/C基因G/G基因型比例、G等位基因频率明显高于非颈动脉粥样硬化组(均P<0.05)。颈动脉粥样硬化组CRP 1059G/C基因G/C基因型比例、C等位基因频率明显低于非颈动脉粥样硬化组(均P<0.05)。结论 CRP 1059G/C基因多态性可能与脑梗死患者动脉粥样硬化有关。CRP 1059G/C基因G/G基因型可能是影响脑梗死患者动脉粥样硬化的进程的危险因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between C reaction protein ( CRP ) 1059G/C gene polymorphism and carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Carotid ultrasound detection was used to detect 126 patients with cerebral infarction.According to the bilateral carotid intima-middle thickness ( CIMT ) , these patients were divided into carotid artery atherosclerosis group and no carotid artery atherosclerosis group.PCR method was used to detect the CRP 1059G/C gene polymorphism.The results were analyzed.Results Carotid ultrasound detection showed that 71 cases (56.3%) in carotid artery atherosclerosis group and 55 cases (43.7%) in no carotid artery atherosclerosis group.The G/G genotype frequency and G allele frequency of CRP 1059G/C in carotid artery atherosclerosis group were significantly higher than those in no carotid artery atherosclerosis group (all P〈0.05).The G/C genotype frequency and C allele frequency of CRP 1059G/C in carotid artery atherosclerosis group were significantly lower than those in no carotid artery atherosclerosis group ( all P〈0.05) .Conclusion CRP 1059G/C gene polymorphism may be related with carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.The G/G genotype of CRP 1059G/C may be one of the risk factors of carotid artery atherosclerosis in patients with cerebral infarction.
