苏南地区开发区转型行动规划案例研究--以常州市天宁开发区为例

Research on the Case of Transformation Action Planning of South Jiangsu Development Zone-- Taking Changzhou City Tianning Development Zone as an Example

常州市天宁开发区基于土地集约利用的目标，通过对现状企业调研，分析工业用地集约利用现状，同时梳理企业发展，寻找园区发展限制瓶颈，针对每个规模企业赋予对应的发展策略，根据规划措施，对各企业的发展进行引导，并进行用地调整，结合区域发展条件，最终落实至行动计划。

Changzhou Tianning Development Zone Based on the objective of intensive land use , through investigation and research on the present situation of enterprises, analyzes inte- nsive use situation of industrial land, at the same time combing the development of the enterprise, find the botleneck of park development, gives corresponding measures of development s- trategy for enterprises at each scale, to guide the development of the enterprise, and makes the adjustment of land, combining the condition of regional development, finaly to implement t- he action plan.
