摘要
本文基于BIM技术的原理及应用优势，对其在住宅建筑设计中的构建制作和节能技术上的应用进行了分析和探讨，以期为住宅建筑设计方案的优化提供指导。
In this paper, based on the principle and application of advantage of BIM technology, analyzed and discussed its application in construction and energy-saving technology in residential building design, so as to provide guidance for opt- imizing design of residential buildings.
