随着城市交通的发展和人民生活水平的提高，私人小汽车的数量急剧增加，杭州城市停车问题已经比较严重地暴露出来，严重影响了城区的经济发展和百姓生活。
With the development of city traffic and the impro-vement of people’s living standard, the number of private cars has increased dramaticaly. The parking problem has been ser-iously exposed in Hangzhou city, seriously affecting the city’s economic development and people’s life.
