摘要
本文基于我国建筑工程质量管理的现状，提出了提高建筑工程管理有效性的建议，以期对我国房地产企业的发展带来积极地影响。
This paper based on the present situation of the quality management of our construction project, put forward suggestions to improve the efectiveness engineering manage- ments, in order to bring positive influence on the development of China’s real estate enterprises.
