摘要
本文对我国大型建筑施工企业现有的多项目管理模式进行了分析，找出了其中存在的问题和不足，并提出了多项目管理企业结构的要求，旨在为提高我国大型建筑施工企业的多项目管理水平提供帮助。
This article has carried on the analysis to the multi- project management mode of the large-scale construction ent- erprise in our country, found out some problems and deficien- cies, and put forward the structure of enterprise with multi-pr- oject management, which aims to provide help for improving the multi-project management level of large-scale construction enterprise in our country.
