摘要
伴随着市场经济的飞速发展，我国城市化进程的趋势日益显著，城市建筑数量不断增多、规模不断扩大，推动了建筑工程的发展。本文将立足于现阶段工程合同管理的实际，进而阐述我国工程合同管理方面存在的问题。
Along with the rapid development of market econ- omy, our country’s urbanization trend is increasingly obvious, the number of city construction is increasing, and the scale is expanding constantly, promoting the development of constru- ction engineering. This paper wil be based on the actual proj- ect contract management at present, and then expounds the ex- isting problems of project contract management in China.
