摘要
人口的急剧增加、经济的快速发展，都使得居民对房地产业有着巨大的需求。建筑行业作为消耗资源最严重的行业之一，其能源消耗率超过了40%。为了促进绿色建筑的发展，本文阐述了我国绿色建筑的现实状况和未来的长远发展。
The economic rapid development and dramatic gr- owth of population promoted residents’ demand for housing construction. The construction industry, as one of the resour- ce-consummated industries, its energy consumption rate has surpassed 40%. In order to promote the development of green building, this paper expounds the actual situation of Chinese green building and its long-term development in future.
